SVR Ltd overhauls all makes/types of valves, i.e. Boiler Valves, Control & Reducing Valves, Safety Valves, of all materials in our workshop or in situ.

Our typical works specification is as follows;

• Completely dismantle the unit,
• Thoroughly clean and inspect the components for damage and wear,
• Lapping/machining discs and body seats,
• Re-assemble using new service kit (where applicable),
• Packing, jointing and once complete, paint.
• Test to manufacturer’s original specifications and issue insurance recognisable test certificate.

90% of all valves are salvageable and can be overhauled at considerable savings when compared to purchasing a new unit. We can arrange collection and delivery of valves.
