We also offer a NDT Service which has to be carried out every 5 yrs; this includes

• Cutting out patches in the boiler lagging, To SAFed SBG1 & SBG2 Guide Lines.
• Removing the insulation from the boiler and cleaning of the welds to be tested,
• Removal and replacement of the brickwork and exposing welds inside the boiler furnace tube to be examined.

SVR can also arrange NDT Inspectors on your behalf depending on which insurance Company you deal with.

Once the test have been completed and if repairs or retubes are required we have fully qualified 

Coded welders to carry out any repairs on your boilers as required.
