Annual boiler inspection is a legal requirement, and the quality of preparation makes all the difference to how smoothly that inspection goes. We carry out full boiler strip-down, internal and external cleaning, and valve removal and overhaul ahead of your insurance inspector's visit, liaising with them directly so there are no surprises on the day.
Once the inspection is complete, we rebuild the boiler, refit all valves and components, and assist with the Part 2 running test to bring it safely back into service.
For boilers due their 5 Yearly statutory inspection, we also carry out NDT (Non-Destructive Testing) preparation, removing insulation, cladding, refractory and access covers where required, and cleaning internal and external surfaces and welds to allow accurate ultrasonic testing.
We liaise directly with your insurance inspector throughout — one less thing for you to manage.
