Safety valves and pressure gauges drift out of tolerance over time, and recalibration is essential to keep them performing as designed. Our in-house testing rig, designed and built by our own engineers allows us to test, recalibrate and certify safety valves from ¼" to 8", at pressures up to 50 bar.
We also supply, repair and recalibrate pressure and temperature gauges, sourcing new units where required. All calibration work is accompanied by insurance-recognised test certification, giving you documentation you can rely on.
As an approved test house for Zurich Risk Services, certification issued by SVR is accepted by Zurich and equivalent insurers as evidence of a properly tested and calibrated valve or gauge.
Our testing rig is designed and built in-house, allowing us to set and verify valves to strict industry standards.
